Marc Phillip Black
For over 35 years ShiFu Black has practiced Traditional Chinese Martial Arts (TCMA). Although very well versed in many different styles of Kung Fu, he feels that his most expert knowledge and teaching ability resides in Ho’o Chin Pai Northern Shaolin, Ming Hsien Kuei Shou BaGuaZhang, and YangJia TaiJiQuan.
ShiFu Black’s interest in contributing to the society he lives in has motivated him to utilize his unique training to develop programs for all people who want to improve their health or well being regardless of their personal ability. He’s taught classes for after-school programs & offered workshops for senior citizens. He’s trained police & military personel, as well as private and prison security. Respected by his peers as an instructor and ongoing tournament champion in his own right, he brings all of this experience to the fore in every class with each and every one of his students.
His very life has been a testament to the dedication he has to each student, to help them achieve their goals as martial arts practitioners, as well as their own individual goals of personal development and growth.
Miroslava Angelova
Ms. Angelova has practiced Northern Shaolin, TaiJi, and BaGua for the last 15 years solely under the instruction of ShiFu Black.
As a member of Black Mountain Spirit’s teaching staff her skill and ability have made her a valuable asset and contributor to each of the programs instituted by Black Mountain Spirit in each community, and to each member that it serves.
Ms. Angelova’s commitment to the discipline, art, and practice of TCMA is evident in her own expression of this magnificent legacy of art & science.
