A cultural movement program for balance, mobility, and confidence in Pittsburgh’s communities.
About the Program
This 12-week TaiJi program brings the healing power of traditional Chinese movement arts directly to community centers, senior centers, and Healthy Active Living (HAL) centers across Pittsburgh. Designed by master instructor Marc Black, the program blends cultural heritage with modern wellness practices to support balance, mobility, joint health, confidence, stress reduction, and social connection.

40 years experience in TaiJi, QiGong, senior wellness, and community-based programs.
Marc’s teaching is gentle, encouraging, culturally grounded, and deeply human-centered. His programs help participants feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

We partner with Healthy Active Living centers, senior living communities, libraries, nonprofits, and neighborhood organizations to deliver TaiJi programs that support healthy aging, cultural enrichment, and community wellness.
